"Order was mostly right"
I got the right item, so that part was fine, but the size wasn’t the one I ordered. A little frustrating at first, but support did get it sorted out after a few emails back and forth. Not perfect, but it worked out in the end.

"Warranty Support Didn’t Meet My Standards"
My product stopped working, so I tried to go through the warranty process. I’m reasonable about these things, but I do expect a company to actually follow through when something is covered. Support kept asking me for more details, which I sent, and then they just went quiet. After a while it felt like they were dragging it out until I gave up. Not the kind of service I’m willing to deal with again, so I won’t be buying from them in the future.

I got this from uahpet because my cat’s portions were getting ridiculous, honestly. Like, if it were up to him, he’d convince everyone in the house he hadn’t eaten in three days. This has been really helpful for keeping feeding more consistent, and I’m not constantly second-guessing how much I gave him. Setting it up took me a little longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying, but once I got it figured out, it’s been working well. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Doesn’t really feel worth the price"
I paid more than I expected for this, it just doesn’t feel like the quality matches the price. It feels kind of cheap to me, so I’m not sure if I’m the only one who feels this way, but I don’t think it was worth it. I probably wouldn’t buy from uahpet again.

I wasn’t expecting this to be so loud, honestly. My cats were not fans at all, they took off the second it started, which, to be fair, is on-brand for them. If you have skittish pets, this might be a bit too noisy.

"Website felt confusing and a bit thrown together"
The website kind of put me off right away. The colors and layout felt all over the place, and a few pages looked like they were rushed or not fully thought through. I had a hard time focusing on the products because everything felt so cluttered. I also felt a bit left in the dark while browsing, like I wasn’t sure where to go next or what I was supposed to click on. Just didn’t give me a great shopping vibe.

"Stopped working way too soon"
Disappointed. The fountain was fine at first, but after about two weeks it basically stopped working and the water flow got really weak. My cat barely touched it after that. Bummer.

"Shipping was just... really slow"
I ordered from uahpet.com and the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely moved, like it would just sit there for days with no real update, and I kept wondering if something had gone wrong or if it was just stuck somewhere. I know delays happen, stuff gets backed up, but there wasn’t much info and it didn’t feel like anyone was really helping. By the time it finally showed up, I was already annoyed. I don’t think I’d order again if shipping is going to be like that

"Battery life just isn’t fair for daily use"
I charged it all the way up and it still barely lasted through normal use. For something meant to be used every day, that feels disappointing. I don’t think it’s right for a product to fall short on something as basic as battery life.

"Filter didn’t really help much"
I was hoping this filter would make a noticeable difference, but it barely caught any hair or helped with the smell. I also had to clean or change it way more often than I expected. For the price, it felt pointless, and it was frustrating because it seemed like the main issue I bought it for wasn’t really being addressed

I really wanted to like it, but cleaning it is such a pain. Compared to similar products I’ve used, this one takes way more effort to take apart and scrub properly. For me, it just doesn’t feel worth the trouble when there are easier options out there.

I tried using uahpet for my dog, and the whole pet acceptance process ended up being frustrating. I filled out the details they asked for and assumed everything was good to go, but it didn’t really feel very transparent.
Then they came back saying my pet wasn’t accepted, without giving much of a clear reason. Maybe they already had some internal rule or cutoff they don’t explain upfront, I don’t know, but it felt like a waste of time. Support was slow to respond too, so I probably wouldn’t bother trying them again.

"Setup was way more annoying than I expected"
Getting this thing set up took way longer than it should have. The instructions weren’t very clear, so I kept feeling like I was just guessing what the app wanted me to do next.

The pairing failed a few times, and I had to reset it more than once before it finally worked. It wasn’t exactly difficult, but the way it was explained made the whole process way more frustrating than necessary.

After I paid, I started feeling a bit uneasy because the setup experience made the whole thing seem less reliable than I expected from uahpet.com. I thought it would be quick and smooth, but i wouldn’t buy again if this is what the setup is like

I’ve had this camera for maybe a little while now, and the picture seems to freeze up often. The night view is also kind of blurry, so it’s hard to make out much. it doesn’t feel worth the hassle...

"Packaging was disappointing"
The box showed up completely crushed, which was frustrating. I was already feeling mentally drained that day, so dealing with damaged packaging just made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

I’m honestly 100% sure this should’ve lasted longer than two weeks. I was just using it normally every day, nothing rough at all, and the plastic cracked like it had been through battle. Definitely not what I expected

"Smart features were more frustrating than helpful"
I bought this mainly for the app features, but they barely worked for me. It kept disconnecting, and half the time my settings wouldn’t even save. What made it more annoying was getting inconsistent answers when I tried to figure out what was going on, so I never really knew if it was the app, the device, or something I was doing wrong. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot smarter than this.

"I went on uahpet.com just trying to..."
I went on uahpet.com just trying to look for a few basic pet items, the site felt clunky almost right away (not a great first impression).

The pages were loading slowly for me, and the menus were kind of confusing. I kept clicking around but still couldn’t really tell where things were supposed to be, and the search feature didn’t help much either (which was frustrating).

Maybe it works better for other people, but I ended up getting annoyed and just left. It definitely didn’t feel like a smooth shopping experience.
